Sandblasting….
I made a sandblasting cabinet, which is pretty large, but obviously not large enough for the frame. We put up plastic sheeting and blasted the frame in the shop. I built some fresh air supply lines to keep positive pressure inside the sandblasting hoods. It was simply a square box fan inside a wooden box that forced air through some HVAC ducts, and then through two long 4″ dryer vent hoses, up into the sandblast hoods… it really worked well.

First coat of Rust Bullet on….

I re-plumbed all the brake lines as well…..
